1. To receive apologies for absence.
   
   
2. To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on the 6^th February 2024.  (Appendix 1)
   
   
3. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda.
   
   
4. Public Question Time
   
   Members of the public will be invited to ask questions relating to this agenda or for consideration at future meetings of this committee.  Members of the public are allowed three minutes to speak on their subject.  There is no expectation of any dialogue or ad hoc discussion with the Town Council members at this time.
   
   
5. To receive such communications as the Mayor may desire to submit (a separate list of the Mayor’s engagements since the Council’s Meeting on the 6^th February 2024 is appended).  (Appendix 2)
   
   
6. Motions Submitted under Standing Orders – One motion has been received in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of our Standing Orders:
   “That this Council formally requests that Wyre Forest District Council consults Stourport Town Council on its plan for the Bridge Street Car Park and any other land it owns in the Town before any planning applications are submitted.”
   
   
7. To receive the Planning Committee minutes of 27^th February 2024 (Appendix 3) and 25^th March 2024 (Appendix 4) and to approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable.  
   
   
8. To receive the Finance Committee minutes of 25^th March 2024 and to approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable.  (Appendix 5)
   
   
9. To receive updates from Councillor Representatives on Outside Bodies.
   
   
10. To confirm the election of Councillor T Berry as the representative from Stourport Town Council for the “Heritage Port”.
