54. MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 30th November 2021 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

55. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest.

56. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:

a) WF.21/0031/FUL - *Revised* Erection of 331 dwellings including 83 affordable units, together with associated infrastructure/works and public open space at Land To The West Of Pearl Lane, Stourport-on-Severn (Ernleye Meadows) Land At Os 379658 269871 Pearl Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

Deferred.

b) WF.21/1092/FUL - Change of Use to Tattoo Studio (Sui Generis) at Office 3 The Toll House, Dunley Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0AA.

Recommend Approval.

c) WF.21/1120/HOU - Erection of front porch and single storey extension to rear of dwelling house at 54 Bewdley Road North, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8PS.

d) WF.21/1123/TEL - The installation of a 12.5m slimline monopole with three antennas, two transmission dishes, vehicle restraint barriers, an equipment cabin, palisade fencing and additional ancillary equipment at Telephone Exchange, Sion Gardens, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8BA.

i) WF.21/0881/FUL - Proposed development of 12 affordable dwellings composed of 8 x 1 bed flats and 4 x 3 bed houses, with associated access, parking, amenity and landscaping at Tannery Court, Vernon Road, Stourport On Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8HD.

Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.
