59. MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 2nd January 2024 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

60. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Councillor Berry declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4(e) WF.24/0022/DEM, 23 Mill Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcs, DY13 9BG as he knew people that lived in Mill Lane, Stourport-on-Severn.

61. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-

a) WF.23/0935/TPO - London Plane - Crown lift to statutory height to prevent high sided vehicles damaging the tree The Tree is marked as T1 in the TPO documents created by WFDC and is outside the now void fire station on Foundry Street Stourport at Office At Library County Buildings, Foundry Street, Stourport -on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8EB.

Recommend Approval.

b) WF.23/0948/HOU - Construction of a porch, single storey rear extension, garage conversion and associated works and siting of an outbuilding (part-retrospective) at 34 Evergreen Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9GH.

Recommend Approval.

c) WF.23/0950/HOU - Construction of a single storey rear extension, alterations to fenestration and associated works at 10 Worth Crescent, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8RS.

Deferred.

d) WF.24/0005/HOU - Demolition of garage/store and construction of two storey side extension and front porch at 98 Abberley Avenue, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0LY.

Recommend Approval.

e) WF.24/0022/DEM - Prior notification for the demolition of a dwelling and detached garage at 23 Mill Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9BG.

Deferred.

Recommend Approval.

i) WF.23/0930/HOU - Construction of a first floor side and rear extension (revised scheme) at 12 Francis Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8PL.

Recommend Refusal.

Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.
