52.       MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 29th November 2022 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

53.       DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST      

Councillor Lloyd declared an Other Disclosable Interest (ODI) in agenda item number 4(i) – WF.22/0999/HOU, Parkfield Residential Home, 17 Minster Road, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8AL as he is a friend of the applicant.

54.       PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:- 

a)      WF.22/0765/FUL - Change Of Use Of Land and Relocation of Walls To Provide Accessible Driveway and Parking Area for a Disabled Persons Dwellinghouse at 7 Mitton Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9AF.

Recommend Refusal.

b)     WF.22/0904/TPO - Turkey Oak - Reduce lower crown on NE to SW side, to suitable growth points, by 3.5m maximum. Crown clean and shape upper crown, where necessary, to improve a symmetrical shape at 28 Areley Court, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0AR.

Recommend Approval.

c)      WF.22/0966/S73 - Variation of condition of approval 20/0953/FUL to substitute approved plan. Condition Number(s): The development hereby approved shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the following plans/drawings. Ref 2042/PL001 Conditions(s) Removal: The applicant wishes to amend the internal layout of Flat 1, add a fire escape window on the side elevation, replace the former door on the front elevation and add a new fence adjacent to the footpath. Replace drawing no 2042/PL/001 with drawing no 2042/PL/001 B at 35 Mitton Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9AQ.

Recommend Approval.

d)     WF.22/0972/FUL - Full Planning Application for the Development of an All Weather Pitch with Associated Sports Pavilion and Infrastructure at Stourport High School, Kingsway, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8AX.

Recommend Approval.

e)      WF.22/0974/PNH - Single storey rear extension at Tyndale 2 Mill Lane, Stourport-on-Severn Worcestershire DY13 9BH.

Recommend Approval.

f)       WF.22/0984/HOU - First Floor Side Extension at 44 Steatite Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8PQ.

Recommend Approval.

g)      WF.22/0986/HOU - Render finish to existing side and rear elevations with new black powder coated aluminium flue to rear at 10 Pinedene, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9NG.

Recommend Approval.

h)     WF.22/0987/S73 - Variation of condition 15 attached to planning approval 18/0026/FULL to amend noise mitigation to be in line with current guidelines at Lickhill Pumping Station, Bewdley Road North, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

Recommend Approval.

i)       WF.22/0999/HOU - Demolition of existing rear conservatory and erection of a single storey extension at Parkfield Residential Home, 17 Minster Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8AL.

Recommend Approval.
