10. MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 31st May 2022 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

12. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-

a) WF.22/0425/FUL - Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of bungalow (Resub of 22/0043/FUL) at 23 Mill Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9BG.

Deferred.

b) WF.22/0433/TPO - Spruce (T1) - Reduce back from shed; Holly (T15) Reduce 1m off radii to create conical shape at 14 Dunley Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0AX.

Recommend Approval.
