46. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
There were no apologies for absence.
It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 2nd November 2021 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
48. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor Little declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4(l) – WF.21/0597/FUL, Chichester Caravans, Vale Road, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8YL as he had a close connection with the land owner.
49. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT
Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-
a) WF.21/0524/FUL - Change of use of flat (C3) to beauty therapy (sui generis) at Swan Hotel, 56 High Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8BX.
b) WF.21/0799/HOU *Revised* - Erection of an oak framed outbuilding to contain a Gymnasium, Sauna, Changing rooms/WC, Home Bar and Golf simulator. Erection of an oak framed open sided circular gazebo/canopy at Cedar Tree Cottage, Cedar Close, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 0AU.
c) WF.21/0934/S73 – Variation of conditions 4 and 5 of Planning Permission SU.114/71 and Conditions 1 and 2 of Planning Permission SU.220/68 to allow 11 month use of the site at Severnside Caravan Park, Sandy Lane, Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Stourport-on-Severn.
d) WF.21/1001/HOU - Two Storey Side Extension at 17 Stagborough Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8SS.
e) WF.21/1016/HOU - New entrance porch, first floor side extension and single storey rear extension at Lea View, Rectory Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0TJ.
f) WF.21/1031/HOU - Proposed single storey side extension and entrance porch at 69 Bewdley Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8YA.
g) WF.21/1033/HOU - First storey side extension at 17 Great Western Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8AG.
h) WF.21/1047/ADV - Fascia signage, projecting corporate flexface box signage for all the facades, two freestanding advertisement totems at Storage Giant, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY11 7FF.
i) WF.21/1050/FUL - Alterations to the north east elevation including replacing the single skin corrugated asbestos sheeting with insulated steel profiled sheeting, installing a fire exit door on the ground floor and two windows on the first floor. Altering the existing office layout including adding installing additional rooms on the first floor, a new staircase and a passenger lift. Adding a small lean to the south east elevation. Removing a small earth bund, laying hardstanding and erecting a temporary steel framed machinery storage building with pvc cladding at T H White Ltd, Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9QB.
j) WF.21/1064/HYB - Hybrid Planning Application – Full Planning Application for Demolition and the Development of 94 dwellings (Use Class C3). Outline Planning Application for the Development of a Care Home (Use Class C2) with associated access, or up to 16 dwellings (Use Class C3) at land at Os381800 271300, Former Parsons Chain, Worcester Road, Stourport-on-Severn

k) WF.20/0234/FUL - Retrospective change of use of existing annex to a separate self contained dwelling at 83 Bewdley Road North, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8PX.
Councillor Little left the meeting at this point, (2.12pm).
l) WF.21/0597/FUL - Demolition of former Chichester Caravans buildings, development of 33 No. apartments across three new build blocks at Chichester Caravans, Vale Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8YL.
Councillor Little re-joined the meeting at this point, (2.14pm).
m) WF.21/0881/FUL - Proposed development of 12 affordable dwellings composed of 8 x 1 bed flats and 4 x 3 bed houses, with associated access, parking, amenity and landscaping at Tannery Court, Vernon Road, Stourport On Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8HD.
n) WF.21/0986/TPO – Silver birch (T1) - an overall reduction of 30%. The reduction includes removing branches that extend over a boundary fence and are too close to an adjacent residential property at Tir Nen Og, 13 Areley Court, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0AR,

Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.
