45. MINUTES
It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 1st November 2022 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
46. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest.
47. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT
Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below-
a) WF.22/0656/FUL *REVISED* - Planning permission is sought for the formation of 7 bike trails and associated works including car park, landscaping and ecological enhancements, a clubhouse/tuckshop and a toilet block, both units constructed from wood-cladded portable shipping containers to facilitate the woodland as a bike park at Land At Os 380600 273300 Burlish Wood Kingsway Stourport On Severn Worcestershire.
Recommend Refusal.
b) WF.22/0740/HOU - Installing external wall insulation - Front elevation to be brick slip effect, side and rear silicone render finish. Includes gas pipe extension, roof extension at 25 Oakhampton Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0NR.
Recommend Approval.
c) WF.22/0867/FUL - Change from Class E (commercial) to Sui Generis (coffee shop and cocktail bar) at 32 High Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8BE.

g) WF.22/0924/HOU - Garage conversion and Installation of bay window at 16 Bigbury Lane, Wilden, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9JG.
Recommend Approval.

h) WF.22/0180/HYB - Hybrid planning application for the demolition of existing B2/B8 building and erection of a new Food Retail Store (Use Class E (a)) with associated access alterations, car parking, servicing and landscaping (full planning permission) and the erection of start-up employment units (totalling 928 sqm (GIA) for Class B2/B8/E (g) use (outline planning permission with all matters except access reserved) at Minerva Point, Worcester Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9AS.
