31. MINUTES
It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 31st August 2021 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
32. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor Little declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4(p) – WF.21/0597/FUL, Chichester Caravans, Vale Road, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8YL as he had a close connection with the land owner.
Councillor Lloyd declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4(k) – WF.21/0907/LBC - Internal alterations to first floor bathroom at Mucklowe House, Areley Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0TA as he knew the applicant.
33. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT
Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-
a) WF.21/0742/HOU - Alterations to the existing brick store room at 7 Canal Side, Holly Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9BD.
Recommend Approval.
b) WF.21/0824/HOU - Conversion of attached garage to living accommodation and single storey rear extension at 47 Church Walk, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0AW.
Recommend Approval.
c) WF.21/0839/FUL - Change of Use from former opticians shop to two bedroom apartment, including internal and external alterations at 12 New Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8UW
