1.  Appointment of Chairman

It was agreed that Councillor T Berry be nominated as Chairman of the Planning Committee.

2.   APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

There were no apologies for absence.

3. MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 30th April 2024 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

4. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest.

5. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-

a)      WF.24/0092/FUL *REVISED* - External alterations to facilitate the subdivision of the building (remaining within Use Class E) at 29 Lombard Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8DR.

Recommend Approval.

b)     WF.24/0198/OUT - Demolition of existing factory building and construction of a terrace of three new three bed dwelling houses at 40B Worcester Road, Titton, Worcestershire DY13 9PD.

Recommend Approval.

c)      WF.24/0247/HOU - First floor side extension at 12 Francis Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8PL.

Deferred.

d)     WF.24/0272/TCA - Installation of 4 Bat Boxes at Foundry Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

Recommend Approval.

e)      WF.24/0275/HOU - Proposed rear extension at 1 Windermere Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8JL.

Recommend Approval.

f)       WF.24/0301/FUL - Retention of existing temporary mobile classrooms (renewal of permission ref: 18/0473/FULL) at All Saints C Of E School, Wilden Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9LP.

Recommend Approval.

g)      WF.24/0139/HOU - Demolition of garage and replacement with outbuilding at 9 Pinedene, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9NG.

Recommend Approval.

h)     WF.24/0159/HOU - Construction of a first floor rear extension at 2 Wilden Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9LR.

Deferred.

Councillor Schmeising-Barnes left the meeting at this point, (2.14pm).

6. ARISING FROM CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Noted.

7. DECISIONS ON PAST PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.

The appeal was noted.
