It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 28th February 2023 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

75.       PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-  

a)      WF.23/0129/HOU - Proposed rear extension at 7 Vernon Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8HA.

Recommend Approval.

b)     WF.23/0141/FUL - Minor internal & external works to accommodate for branch closure at 37 High Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8BD Worcestershire.

Recommend Approval.

c)      WF.23/0148/FUL - Change of Use From Indian Restaurant To Form Bar Bistro at 11 York Street, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9EF.
