There were no apologies for absence.

31.       MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that subject to the Town Clerk contacting the Planning Officer at Wyre Forest District Council on Planning Application number WF.22/0676/FULL, formation of 7 bike trails plus other works at Burlish Wood, Kingsway, Stourport as concerns as come to light regarding the access, the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 30th August 2022 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

32.       DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST       

There were no declarations of interest.

33.       PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:- 

a)      WF.22/0722/CLP *Information Only* - Proposed single storey rear extension with mono pitch roof at 25 Prospect Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9DE.

Noted.

b)     WF.22/0729/WCR - Winning and working of sand and restoration to agriculture (pasture for horses) (Part Retrospective) at Wilden Moto Park, Wilden Top Road, Stourport-on-Severn Worcestershire DY13 9JL.

Deferred.

c)      WF.22/0742/OUT - Outline consent for redevelopment of site with 2no. dwellinghouses and 2no. bungalows, with all matters reserved at 75 Mill Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9BJ.

h)     WF.22/0645/HOU *Revised* - Two storey rear extension, single storey side extension, porch, proposed detached garage and re-opening of vehicular access at 190 Wilden Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9JT.

Recommend Refusal.

Recommend Approval.

Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.
