It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 1st February 2022 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

69.       DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST       

There were no declarations of interest.

70.       PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:- 

a)      WF.22/0043/FUL - Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of bungalow at 23 Mill Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9BG.

Recommend Approval.

b)     WF.22/0070/HOU - Two Storey Side Extension at 40 Steatite Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8PQ.

Deferred.

c)      WF.22/0073/HOU - Two storey rear extension at 50 Layamon Walk, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0AG

Recommend Approval.
