16. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

Apologies for absence were received from Councillor T Berry. Councillor Williams was appointed as his substitute and subsequently nominated as Chairman for the meeting.

17. MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 27th June 2023 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

18. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor Schmeising-Barnes declared an Other Disclosable Interest (ODI) in Agenda Item No. 4 (3g) 7 Mitton Street, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 9AF as the applicant was her neighbour.
