  1. To receive apologies for absence.

  2. To confirm and sign the minutes of the Meeting of the Council held on 8th June 2021.

  3. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda

  4. Public Question Time
    Members of the public will be invited to ask questions relating to this agenda or for consideration at future meetings of this committee.  Members of the public are allowed three minutes to speak on their subject.  There is no expectation of any dialogue or ad hoc discussion with the Town Council members at this time.

  5. To receive such communications as the Mayor may desire to submit View Mayoral engagements since previous meeting
  6. To receive a verbal update from Tom Moore (the River King) regarding Coach Parking on Riverside Meadows.

  7. To receive the Planning Committee minutes of 6th July 2021 and approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable. (Appendix 3)

  8. To receive a verbal update from the Chairman of the Localism Working Party.

  9. To receive a verbal update from the Town Clerk on the Welcome Back Fund.

  10. To discuss a Feasibility Study for the Car Park on Bridge Street.

  11. To discuss the Boundary Commission’s initial proposals for new Parliamentary constituency boundaries for the West Midlands.

  12. To receive an update from Councillor B Dawes on Safer Neighbourhood Watch.

  13. To receive an update from Councillors N Martin and J Thomas (Cabinet Members of Wyre Forest District Council) and Councillors P Harrison and C Rogers (Stourport County Council Councillors).

  15. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

    To consider passing the following resolution:

    "That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of "exempt information" as defined in paragraphs of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.

  16. To receive an update from the Chairman of the Localism Working Party.
