It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 28^th November 2023 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

55. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:

a) WF.23/0763/TPO - T1 - English Yew Tree, crown raise by 2.5 metres and reduce by 3-4 metres at 11 Court Drive, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8EZ.

Deferred.

b) WF.23/0868/S73 - Variation of Condition 2 (External Materials) of planning ref: 21/1177/HOU at 2 Heightington Place, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0BE.

Recommend Approval.

Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.

58. TO CONSIDER (D611) PROPOSED DIVERSION OF FOOTPATH SV-560 IN STOURPORT-ON-SEVERN, WORCESTERSHIRE

Members considered the proposed diversion of footpaths-560 (part) in the Parish of Stourport-on-Severn under Section 119 of The Highways Act 1980 and had no objection.
