1. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

It was agreed that Councillor T Berry be nominated as Chairman of the Planning Committee.

3. MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 2nd May 2023 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

4. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Councillor Berry declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Planning Application number WF.23/0331/LBC - Retrospective Installation of 3no. mooring totems/posts on the canal side at Canal River And Trust, Mart Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9ER as he is a volunteer for the Canal and River Trust.

Councillor Lloyd declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Planning Application number WF.23/0331/LBC - Retrospective Installation of 3no. mooring totems/posts on the canal side at Canal River And Trust, Mart Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9ER as he is a volunteer for the Canal and River Trust.
