80.       MINUTES

 It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 28th March 2023 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

82.       PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:- 

a)      WF.23/0162/FUL - Proposed single storey infill extension to road-facing elevation at 6 Hartlebury Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9NL.

Recommend Approval.

b)     WF.23/0171/OUT - Erection of a new Bungalow at Land To The Rear Of 34 Gilgal, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9AJ.

Deferred.

c)      WF.23/0183/FUL - Construction of 16x10 shed to be used in conjunction with beauty treatments business at 33 Britannia Gardens, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9NZ.

f)       WF.23/0232/TPO - Silver Birch - Lower crown on NE to SW sides to suitable growth points. Crown clean and shape upper crown where necessary to provide a symmetrical shape at Lucerne, Rectory Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 0TJ.

g)      WF.23/0233/CLE - Permission was granted under 07/0432/FULL in June 2007 for the 'erection of portable office buildings in existing yard'.  Condition 3 stated the permission expired on 19th June 2010 and the portable offices shall be removed and the site restored to its former condition.  The portable offices have remained operational on site in excess of 10 years in breach of this planning condition.  Given the elapsed time period is in excess of 10 years the lawful presence of the buildings on site has been established at Wilden Industrial Estate, Unit 24 Wilden Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9JY.
