To consider the following applications for planning permission, together with any applications received since the publication of this Agenda, and to make recommendations thereon to the District Council:
a. WF.19/0742/HN – Single storey rear extension to provide enlarged kitchen, dining room, utility and ground floor toilet at 129 Windermere Way, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8QH - FOR INFORMATION ONLY – delegated decision.
b. WF.19/0746/FULL – Dropped kerb at 113 Bewdley Road, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8XX – highways have objected but the Planning Officer has not decided yet.
c. WF.19/0757/FULL – Single storey rear conservatory extension at 1 Larch Way, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 9DU – delegated decision.
d. WF.19/0763/ADVE – Display of advertisement on Headstone at Hoskins Family Funerals, 107 The Birches, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 9NR – albeit on a housing estate, the development is considered to be in an appropriate context close to some other businesses.
e. WF.19/0771/FULL – Single storey rear extension and replacement roof to part of existing side extension at 3 Moffitt Way, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8SW – delegated decision.
f. WF.19/0780/FULL – Single storey side extension to main building and single storey rear extension to outbuildings at Mitton Dental Surgery, 26a – 26b Mitton Gardens, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 9AE – should be ok in principle. The Planning Officer will have a closer look in the new year.
g. WF.19/0786/FULL – Two storey side and front extension at 46 lower Lickhill Road, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8RH – delegated decision.
Arising from consideration of the applications for planning permission under Agenda Item 7 above, to determine whether there is any application, or applications, in respect of which the Council wishes to submit representations direct to the District Council’s Planning (Development Management) Committee.
To report the decisions of Wyre Forest District Council in respect of past planning applications.
Representation from Estelle Stock, West Mercia Police, Co-Ordinator – We Don’t Buy Crime- West Mercia Police.
To approve the Finance Minutes from its meeting held on 12th November 2019.
VE Day Celebrations, 8th – 10th May 2020. (Appendix 5)
Change of dates to council Meetings – To consider moving dates of the February 2020 and March 2020 Stourport Town Council Meetings.
Exclusion of the Press and Public
To consider passing the following resolution: “That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of “exempt information” as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act”.
Former Lloyds Garage Site, Bridge Street, Stourport-on-Severn – To discuss the redevelopment into a temporary accommodation facility.
