  1. To receive apologies for absence.

  2. To confirm and sign the minutes of the Meeting of the Council held on 11th February 2020.

  3. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda.

  4. To receive such communications as the Mayor may desire to submit. View Mayoral engagements since previous meeting

  5. To consider the following applications for planning permission, together with any applications received since the publication of this Agenda, and to make recommendations thereon to the District Council:

    a. WF.20.0046/LBC – internal and external alterations to Grade II listed building to include new windows, doors and other works at 14 Lion Hill, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 9HG. Delegated Approval, subject to conservation officer comments.

    b. WF.20.0064/FULL – Change of Use to Office (B1a) at 28 Bewdley Road North, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8PS. Delegated Approval.

    c. WF.20.0067/HOU – Proposed side dormer extension at 9 Briar Way, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8DT. Delegated Decision.

    d. WF.20.0075/HOU – Construction of a garage adjacent to the house at 20 The Ridgeway, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8XT. Delegated Decision.

    e. WF.20.0083/TPO – Fell and replace Horse Chestnut at 13 Hafren Way, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8SJ. Approval.

    f. WF.20.0096/HOU – Garden room to rear of garden at 16 Garland Road, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8RT. Should be fine with a restrictive condition stopping business activity from the building.

    g. WF.20/0122/S73 – Amendments to permissions 15/0624/OUTL and 17/0104/RESE to allow alterations to the position of dwellings and other associated changes including relocation of footpath link at Vale Road Car Park, Vale Road, Stourport-on-Severn.

    h. WF.20/0151/HOU – Proposed single storey rear extension at 2 Malvern Edge Court, Areley Common, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 0NP. Approval.

    i. WF.20/0152/HOU – Double storey rear extension and first floor side extension over garage. No objection.

  6. Arising from consideration of the applications for planning permission under Agenda Item 7 above, to determine whether there is any application, or applications, in respect of which the Council wishes to submit representations direct to the District Council’s Planning (Development Management) Committee.

  7. To report the decisions of Wyre Forest District Council in respect of past planning applications.

  8. To receive an update from Councillor Mrs B Dawes on Safer Neighbourhood Watch.

  9. To adopt the amended Member Code of Conduct. (Appendix 4)

  10. To receive an update from the Chairman of the Localism Working Party.
