- Annual Governance Statement 2025/26 (doc 26KB). To receive the annual Governance Statement 2025/26 which requires approval at the Town Council meeting on 16th June 2026. (Appendix 3)
- Annual Accounts 2025/26. To receive the Annual Accounts for 2025/26 which requires approval at the Town Council meeting on 16th June 2026. (Appendix 4)

- To receive a verbal update from the Town Clerk on the recent changes from HMRC regarding approved mileage rates.
- Following the Finance Committee on 26th January 2026, to receive a report from the Town Clerk on updated quotations from the Town Clerk on the purchase and lease of vehicles. (To Follow)
- To receive a verbal update from the Town Clerk on the renewal of the lease for the Elizabeth Mills Day Centre, Stourport-on-Severn.
- To consider a quotation from Michaels Civic Robes & Regalia Ltd on merchandise for Town Councillors.
