LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 - SCHEDULE 12 - ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING for Stourport-on-Severn will be held will be held in the MAYORS PARLOUR AT THE CIVIC CENTRE, NEW STREET, STOURPORT-ON-SEVERN at 6.30 pm, on TUESDAY 12^TH MAY 2026.

Any Local Government Electors for the area are entitled to be in attendance and to vote on any matter which is discussed at this Meeting.

Any members of the public wishing to participate should email the Town Clerk stourporttown.clerk@stourporttowncouncil.gov.uk no later than 11.00am on Thursday 7^th May 2026, with questions relevant to the agenda or for consideration at future meetings may be asked of the Town Council; members of the public may speak for up to 3 minutes. Please note there is no expectation of a response at this time.
