- To receive apologies for absence.
- To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on the 3rd February 2026. (Appendix 1)
- Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda.
- Public Question Time
Members of the public will be invited to ask questions relating to this agenda or for consideration at future meetings of this committee. Members of the public are allowed three minutes to speak on their subject. There is no expectation of any dialogue or ad hoc discussion with the Town Council members at this time. - To receive such communications as the Mayor may desire to submit (a separate list of the Mayor’s engagements since the Council’s Meeting on the 3rd February 2026 is appended). - To receive a presentation from the Planning Manager at Wyre Forest District Council on Section 106 monies.
- To receive an update from Lucy Bird, Health & Wellbeing, Worcestershire CALC.
- Motions Submitted under Standing Orders – no motions have been received in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Standing Orders.
- To receive an update from Councillors I Cresswell and K Perks (Stourport Worcestershire County Council Councillors).
- To receive the Planning Committee minutes of 24th February 2026 and 30th March 2026 to approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable. (Appendix 3)
- To receive the Parks Committee minutes of 18th February 2026 and to approve authorisation for recommendations where applicable. (Appendix 4)
- To receive updates from Councillor C Rogers: Cabinet Member of Wyre Forest District Council.
- To receive a verbal update from the Chairman of the Stourport Future Working Party.
- To receive a verbal update from the Chairman of the Events Working Party.
- To receive updates from Councillor Representatives on Outside Bodies.
- Any other business in accordance with Standing Orders.
- EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider passing the following resolution:
"That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of "exempt information" as defined in paragraphs of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.
- To receive a verbal update from the Chairman of the Localism Working Party.
