Apologies for absence were received from Councillors T Berry and M Freeman. Councillor Williams was appointed as a substitute for Councillor Berry.
In the absence of the Chairman, it was RESOLVED that Councillor Williams be appointed as Chairman for this meeting only.

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held
on 24th February 2026 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Councillor Lloyd declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 (Planning Application WF.26/0084/HOU – 47 Princess Way, Stourport-on-Severn). Councillor Lloyd advised that the applicant was known to him but he came to the meeting with an open mind. - SECTION 106 MONITORING REPORT
Members had been circulated with the latest Section 106 Monitoring Report for balances held for Stourport-on-Severn. Members were disappointed to note balances held, went back as far as 20 years. The Town Clerk was asked to contact the Planning Manager at Wyre Forest District Council to ascertain the latest position and why monies were not being allocated.
- CONSULTATION ON WORCESTERSHIRE WASTE LOCAL PLAN
Members discussed the Worcestershire Waste Local Plan consultation which had been received from Worcestershire County Council and RESOLVED that the document would be circulated to all Stourport-on-Severn Town Councillors urging them to complete the consultation.
- SECTION 216 NOTICES – STOURPORT-ON-SEVERN
The Town Clerk informed Members that she was waiting for the information on Section 216 notices for Stourport-on-Severn from the Planning Manager at Wyre Forest District Council and this would be reported at the meeting of the Planning Committee on 5th May 2026.
