35. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

    Apologies for absence were received from Councillor D Morris. Councillor H Williams was appointed as a substitute for Councillor Morris.

36. MINUTES

    It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 28th September 2026 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

37. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    There were no declarations of interest.

38. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

    Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:

    Tree works: Holly Tree - Crown reduction by 20 feet

    Recommend approval.

    b) WF.26/0728/FUL
    Proposed change of use of restaurant to form 4no. 1 bedroom flats, single storey extensions and external fenestration changes

    Recommend approval.
