    It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 28th October 2025 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

  3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    Councillor Berry declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 4 (Planning Application WF.25/0615/PIP). Councillor Berry advised that the application had received an objection from a person with whom he was acquainted with. Councillor Berry resolved to discuss the relevant planning application with an open mind.

    Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:

  5. ARISING FROM CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

    Noted.

  6. DECISIONS ON PAST PLANNING APPLICATIONS

    Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.

  7. BIODIVERSITY NET GAIN (BNG) SCOPING CONSULTATION

    A Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) scoping consultation document had been received from Wyre Forest District Council for the town council to review. A discussion was held and Members commented that the report made logical and sensible recommendations with regard to the topics which would be covered by the Biodiversity Net Gain Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).

    Furthermore a letter had been received from Wyre Forest District Council, in response to the Town Councils request that the Planning Authority made contact with the owners of the empty shops in the town centre of Stourport-on-Severn, specifically with regard to properties which required maintenance work. The contents of the letter had been noted and the Town Clerk would monitor progress.
