1. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
It was agreed that Councillor T Berry be nominated as Chairman of the Planning Committee.
2. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies for absence were received from Councillor D Morris. In the absence of Councillor D Morris, Councillor H Williams was appointed as a substitute.
3. MINUTES
It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 6th May 2025 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
4. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor Schmeising-Barnes declared an Other Disclosable Interest in Agenda Item No. 5 (Planning Applications WF.25/0057/FUL and WF.25/0058/LBC). The property listed on the applications was located near to a property whereby a family member resided.
5. PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT
Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:-

6. ARISING FROM CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Noted.
7. DECISIONS ON PAST PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.
