  1. Election of Chairman for the remainder of the Municipal Year.

  2. To receive apologies for absence.

  3. To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on the 28th March 2019.  (Appendix 1)

  4. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any interest in any item on this Agenda.

  5. Treasurer’s report for priority and budget setting 2020/21.  (Appendix 2)

  6. To review the Summer opening hours of the toilets in the Memorial Park, Stourport-on-Severn.

  7. To consider a request from the local walking Group “Best Foot Forward” for a bench to be installed in the Memorial Park, Stourport-on-Severn.

  8. Any other business in accordance with Standing Orders.
