  2. To receive apologies for absence.
  3. To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on the 23rd January 2023. (Appendix 1)
  4. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda.
  5. To consider a report from the Parks and Cemetery Superintendent regarding (Appendix 2): 
    • Parks Machinery
    • Tow bar for Parks’ Van
    • Winter Baskets for the Town Centre
  6. To receive a verbal update from the Town Clerk on the condition of the Band Stand at the War Memorial Park
  7. To receive a verbal report from the Town Clerk regarding Fishing Rights on Lloyds Meadow
  8. To receive a quote for a new dosing unit for the Riverside Paddling Pool.
  9. Any other business in accordance with Standing Orders.
