Agenda

    1. To receive apologies for absence.

    2. To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on the 1st April 2025 (Appendix 1)

    3. Declarations of Interest - to invite Members to declare any Disclosure Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) and/or Other Disclosable Interests (ODIs) in the following items on this Agenda.

    4. Sum Up Machine - to consider the purchase of a sum up machine for event purposes.

    5. To receive a verbal report from the Town Clerk and consider the renewal of the current Health & Safety and Employment Law contract.

    6. To consider the ongoing maintenance of the Clock Tower, Yacht Club, Stourport-on-Severn.

    7. To consider passing the following resolution:
       “That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of “exempt information” as defined in paragraphs of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.

    8. To receive a verbal report from the Town Clerk and consider a proposal received from a Communications and Data specialist supplier.

    9. To receive a verbal report from the Town Clerk on staffing.

    10. To discuss electricity charges for Christmas lights.
