39.       MINUTES

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee Council held on 29th March 2021 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

40.       DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST     

There were no declarations of interest.

41.       PLANNING APPLICATIONS REPORT

Consideration was given to consultations by the District Council on the following applications for planning permission, and it was RESOLVED that the District Council be informed of the Town Council response to each consultation, as set out below:- 

a.      WF.20/0892/FULREVISED - Erection of 129 dwellinghouses, open space and associated infrastructure at Former Carpets Of Worth Site, Severn Road, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire. 

Deferred.

b.      WF.21/0337/HOU - Erection of gazebo within rear garden at The Lower House, Areley Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire  DY13 0TA.

Recommend Approval.

c.       WF.21/0355/CLPINFORMATION ONLY - Proposed outbuilding in rear amenity space at 1 Hafren Way, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8SJ. 

Noted.

d.      WF.21/0412/HOU - Proposed single storey front, side and rear extensions including new entrance porch and reposition of existing boundary fence at 2 Elderberry Close, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8TF.

Deferred.

e.       WF.20/0234/FUL

Retrospective change of use of existing annex to a separate self contained dwelling at 83 Bewdley Road North, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8PX.

f.        WF.21/0031/FUL

Erection of 331 dwellings including 83 affordable units, together with associated infrastructure/works and public open space at Land To The West Of Pearl Lane, Stourport -on-Severn (Ernleye Meadows) / Land At Os 379658 269871 Pearl Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

42.       ARISING FROM CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR             PLANNING PERMISSION

Noted.

43.       DECISIONS ON PAST PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Members had been circulated with a list of the decisions of the District Council in respect of past planning applications and, it was RESOLVED that the list be noted.
