  6. Arising from consideration of the applications for planning permission under Agenda Item 7 above, to determine whether there is any application, or applications, in respect of which the Council wishes to submit representations direct to the District Council’s Planning (Development Management) Committee.

  7. To report the decisions of Wyre Forest District Council in respect of past planning applications.

  8. Annual Governance Statement 2019/20. This requires approval by full Town Council meeting. See statement attached. (Appendix 4)

  10. To approve the Finance Minutes from its meeting held on 29th June 2020.

  16. Exclusion of the Press and Public
    To consider passing the following resolution: “That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of “exempt information” as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act”.
